After the sale was completed and the deal closed, you didn't disappear into the woodwork.  You checked in to be certain any loose ends regarding the townhouse were addressed; I remember you even helped remove empty boxes from the move!  Your approach was about me and you NEVER ceased to be responsive to questions; three years after the sale of my home, you remain a tower of reliance and information; a real credit to  your field.
